2025-2026 College Scholarships

Rugby Delaware offers rugby scholarships on an annual basis to graduating high school seniors who are looking to continue their education and rugby in college or university.

Rugby Delaware College Scholarship

Rugby Delaware awards annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors who will be joining the rugby program at their college or university of choice. A total of $6,000 in scholarship funds is available per year to a maximum of three scholarship winners.

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

• Applicant must currently play for a Delaware high school or Delaware club rugby team

• Applicants must be accepted at an accredited four-year college or university with a recognized rugby program

• Scholarship winner(s) must join and play for the rugby program at the accredited four-year college or university

• The applicant’s character, references or recommendations, community work, rugby potential and personal statement will also be considered in the selection process.
